Background:
Bark Social is a modern day “dog bar” combining an indoor/outdoor craft beer & coffee bar with a professionally monitored off-leash dog park. The first location opened in Bethesda, MD in February 2021 with the goal of expanding to several more locations within the next few years. Bark Social has reinvented the neighborhood meeting spot and has created a space where dogs and dog lovers come to have fun.
Challenge:
As an entirely new business (and concept), Bark Social needed help establishing their digital presence and driving membership growth.
Solution:
We first worked with the founding team to identify their goals and then launched a comprehensive marketing plan; inclusive of email, paid social, search engine marketing, referral and analytics.
